- Incumbent should have 4-8 years of relevant work experience in HR Operations i.e. Payroll, Leave & Attendance, PMS, Joining & Exit formalities, MIS etc.
- Good command over spoken & written English.
- Graduate in any stream, preferably a post graduate in Management (Specialised in HR).
